1) If you as the commissioner or your request makes me uncomfortable I can and will refuse to work with you.

2) Work on commissions will start once the amount of the product is paid in full. Payment must be received within a 3 day period. If you are unable to pay please contact me with your reason. I'm understanding and will give you time if not we can always work with each other in the future.

3) All sales are final. No refunds. If you file a chargeback for any reason, you will be blacklisted from future commissions. If there are any issues regarding your commission, please get in touch with me.

4) WIP (work in progress) images are sent throughout the commission process. I also send WIPS to fellow artist friends for input and advice. If for some reason you do not want to see any wips or do not want me to share wips, please let me know before work is started!

5) Please respect the subjects that I will and will not draw. I will not force myself to draw something that I am unable to or that makes me uncomfortable. I do not draw NSFW, nor do I like talking about it, especially with strangers.
I'm strictly a sfw account. If you bring up the subject of nsfw as "casual talk" just because we're both adults, I will give you one warning to stop. If you keep bringing up nsfw/nsfw themes your order will be canceled and no refund will be issued and you will be blacklisted. Please respect my boundaries.

6) Do not spam me with messages asking about the status of your commission. Art takes time, so please be patient. I will do my best to keep you updated as much as possible. If you continue to harass me with message spam after I have asked you to stop, your commission will be canceled.

7) If you want to repost your commission, you may only repost it with proper credit given to me (tag me in the post, link to my profile, link to the original image, ect.). You may not remove, crop, or otherwise alter my watermark or signature for any reason. You may not resell or reprint your commission for profit unless it is an instance of selling the character (with the specific artwork included). You may print your commission for personal use only (making a badge, hanging art on your wall, etc.)

8) When ordering your commission, please know what you want and provide all of the information I will need to complete it before I start (character references, prop/clothing/ect. references, and so on). I will not alter anything once the initial sketch/lineart is completed and approved (this includes any major changes such as changing the character or the overall pose/theme/ect. of the commission or other details).
